Responsibilities

• Embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, delivering an extraordinary experience with a personal touch.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in all conversations.
• Develop and nurture client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and exceed sales targets.
• Sales:
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales plans.
  • Capture and maintain client data to cultivate new and existing relationships.
  • Drive a significant portion of sales through repeat client business and key product pillars.
• Service:
  • Elevate the in-store experience by creating memorable moments for every client.
  • Demonstrate Tiffany’s Client Experience Behaviors as outlined in the TEI program (Voice of Client Survey).
  • Optimize hospitality and store amenities to deliver unique experiences and act on client feedback.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields (e.g., hospitality).
• Proven track record in achieving sales results.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to engage with a diverse client base.
• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems, client tracking tools, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.

Preferred Qualifications

• A college or university degree.
• Graduate Gemologist degree or prior Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework.
• Proficiency in multiple languages.

Pay

Hourly rate: $18.79–$22.10.
