Client Advisor (Auto Sales) $2,500 SIGN ON BONUS

Our Client Advisors are the foundation of our guest experience, providing a seamless, fun, and simple buying process. They handle the entire car buying experience from the moment the guest walks in the door or contacts us via call or email.

About the role

Client Advisors are detail-oriented, high-energy, teachable, fun, hardworking, and committed to outstanding guest service. We pay our Client Advisors a salary, not commission, to provide both employees and guests with a non-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate numerous technology platforms to interact with guests
• Answer guest calls and provide a great conversational experience
• Schedule your own appointments
• Assist each guest as they move through the buying journey
• Present warranty and protection products
• Facilitate an exciting test drive experience
• Be knowledgeable in the manufacturer car line
• Conduct continual guest follow-up and engagement
• Deliver a positive guest experience that redefines the car industry

Requirements

• 4-year college degree preferred
• Excellent communication and phone skills
• Extrovert personality with a goal-driven mindset
• Teachable and willing to learn and grow
• Professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude with clients and team members
• Organized, multitasking, and self-motivated with strong time-management skills
• Proficient with internet and computer skills
• High standard of integrity—honest, capable, and teachable
• Ability to pass pre-employment tests, including background checks, drug test, and possess a valid driver’s license

Pay

$4,000 salary per month plus bonus.
