Sales Achievement
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets as directed by Management.
- Work with Boutique Manager on special client requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service to each client and maintain a welcoming environment in the Boutique.
- Support after-sales clients with helpful solutions aligned with Maison values.
- Support online and phone inquiries to schedule appointments and arrange correspondence.
- Show extensive knowledge of industry news and competitive brands.
- Have in-depth knowledge of high jewelry, including one-of-a-kind pieces and selling ceremonies, to build sales momentum.
Client Relationship Management
- Expertly cultivate new and nurture existing client relationships through clientelling.
- Collaborate with management and Corporate Team on CRM initiatives.
- Accurately capture and manage client data for all prospects and clients using CRM tools.
- Effectively build and maintain relationships by consistently following up with clients.
- Resolve client issues and escalate matters appropriately.
- Participate in in-store and off-site events, developing community relationships and increasing brand awareness and customer loyalty.
Daily Boutique Operations
- Comply with all Policies and Procedures set by the Maison.
- Assist with daily set-up and breakdown of the Boutique, communicating on any maintenance issues.
- Participate actively in inventory and cycle counts to prepare for successful audits.
- Assist with operational requests from Corporate Team and Italy headquarters in a timely manner.
- Maintain visual integrity adhering to brand standards for vitrines and boutique aesthetic.
- Perform special projects as designated by boutique management.
Education and Experience
- A High School Diploma is required.
- A College degree is preferred.
- Luxury Retail or Hospitality experience is preferred.
Technical Skills and Abilities
- Excellent understanding of the luxury client experience and customer service.
- Computer proficiency: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with logistics and operations.
Personal Skills
- Self-starter with a team-player approach.
- Flexibility to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Ability to spend long periods of time standing.

Expected Salary Range
$28 - $32 per hour.
