Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional sales and customer service.
- Initiate and build relationships, driving core personal business through creative selling, client-book management, mailings, and post-sale follow-up to complete sales.
- Exceed monthly sales goals consistently, establish weekly sales plans, and develop selling strategies.
- Assist in maintaining the visual and general upkeep of the selling floor.
- Handle customer repairs and advise clients on the best fit of pieces, including creating custom design pieces tailored to client needs.
- Assist in maintaining all inventories in the stockroom and on the selling floor.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities (internal and external).
- Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment and multitask with ease.
- A positive, outgoing, high-energy personality with an entrepreneurial and sales-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including retail point-of-sale systems, Word, Excel, and email.
- Strong passion for fashion and a results-driven approach.
