Client Advisor

About the role

Louis Vuitton is seeking highly motivated, curious, and customer-focused Part Time and Full Time Client Advisors at our Nashville location. As an ambassador of the Brand, you will ensure every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise, creating memorable experiences and building long-lasting relationships through personalized service and in-house clienteling tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client experience by understanding and fulfilling clients' needs and preferences.
• Represent the Louis Vuitton brand with passion and enthusiasm, ensuring every interaction reflects our values and commitment to excellence.
• Achieve individual and team sales objectives and goals through effective client engagement and relationship building.
• Master brand and product knowledge across all categories to provide informed and personalized advice to clients.
• Leverage clienteling tools to develop long-term relationships with clients, ensuring personalized follow-up and engagement.
• Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and dynamic store environment.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience, preferably within a high-end or luxury market (or a strong background in a customer-centric environment).
• A strong strategic sales and commercial mindset, with the ability to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Passion for building and maintaining meaningful relationships with a diverse client base.
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve personal and team performance.
• Forward-thinking and creative, eager to contribute to the success and heritage of the brand.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively.

Pay

Hourly rate within the range of USD $20–$28 plus commission opportunities.
