Client Advisor

Main Purpose

Loewe is seeking a Client Advisor to join its Greene Street location. The role involves building client relationships within the luxury market, achieving sales goals, and fostering a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales objectives.
• Provide outstanding, personalized customer service.
• Showcase deep knowledge of LOEWE's products and brand history.
• Achieve KPI targets through top-tier customer service.
• Use CRM tools to gather and utilize customer data.
• Foster a collaborative and communicative workplace culture.
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom.
• Promote store events and provide follow-up on sales, events, or inquiries.
• Address client-related issues, including shipping and alterations.
• Support shipping and receiving, and inventory control.

Key Qualifications & Skills

• Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets and building relationships.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a desire to collaborate.
• Adaptable to dynamic and fast-paced environments.
• Open to flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Foreign language knowledge a plus.
