Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in finding the right vehicle for their needs.
• Build lasting relationships by delivering 5-star customer service from first contact to after the sale.
• Guide customers through the buying process with transparency and professionalism.
• Follow up with leads (phone, text, email) and maintain ongoing communication.
• Present additional products such as service plans, warranties, and accessories.

Requirements

• Positive, energetic, and coachable team players.
• Strong communication and people skills — no sales experience required!
• Self-motivated with the drive to achieve and exceed goals.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
