Client Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a full-time Client Advisor for our Acne Studios Geary Street store. As a Client Advisor, you will work collaboratively with your team to establish and nurture loyal and engaging customer relationships, drive sales, and achieve positive business outcomes where your service and attentiveness take center stage.

Responsibilities

• Care for our customers in-store and throughout the entire customer cycle.
• Manage and execute omnichannel services.
• Welcome and guide customers through a smooth customer cycle, tending to all details and providing a best-in-class client experience.
• Achieve sales, conversion, and clienteling targets.
• Uphold administrative procedures and skillfully manage our inventory.

To ensure your success in this role, we provide training and coaching in luxury sales, service, and clienteling, according to our cutting-edge approach to client experience.

Requirements

• Interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent service and build strong relationships with customers.
• Ability to identify customer needs, cross-sell products, and close sales to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Responsive with an ability to resolve customer concerns or issues in a professional manner.
• Previous customer-facing role within the retail or hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) and clienteling.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus based on market requirements).
