Job Description Client Advisor A premium contemporary fashion brand with over 15 years of heritage is seeking a Client Advisor for its first standalone retail location in Pacific Palisades. This is an opportunity for a polished, client-focused retail professional who values effortless style, quality, and thoughtful service. Key Responsibilities Deliver a personalized, high-touch client experience from initial greeting through follow-up. Build lasting client relationships through strong product knowledge, styling guidance, and clienteling outreach. Drive daily and weekly sales goals through attentive selling and a genuine interest in each client’s needs. Support styling appointments, in-store events, community activations, and local brand moments. Maintain visual merchandising standards, including floor sets, replenishment, fitting rooms, and product displays. Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately through the POS system. Assist with inventory receiving, stock organization, cycle counts, and general back-of-house upkeep. Follow all loss prevention, safety, and store operating procedures. Qualifications 2–5 years of retail experience, ideally within contemporary, premium, or luxury fashion. Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first approach. Experience with POS systems and basic retail operations. Strong understanding of fabric, construction, fit, care, and styling. Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; bend, stoop, kneel, reach overhead, and lift or carry merchandise up to 30 lbs.
