Job Description Client Advisor (American Dream) Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $50,000 per year + comission Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Client Advisor to deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience while building long-term client relationships. This role is ideal for a polished, client-focused sales professional with a strong passion for fashion, luxury products, and personalized service. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Consistently meet or exceed individual monthly, seasonal, and store sales goals. Drive key performance indicators through outstanding customer service and high-quality sales interactions. Develop deep knowledge of merchandise, product features, and current collections. Identify new sales opportunities through events, activations, fashion partnerships, stylists, and community networking. Maintain compliance with all sales-related policies and procedures. Stay informed on fashion industry developments, luxury market trends, and client preferences. Client Experience & Relationship Management Deliver personalized, memorable service that exceeds client expectations. Build and maintain a strong client base through proactive outreach, follow-up, and relationship development. Capture and maintain accurate customer information in CRM tools. Maintain an organized client book and regularly contact clients regarding sales, requests, and relevant product opportunities. Provide knowledgeable guidance on fashion trends, luxury products, and styling recommendations. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent, elevated client experience. Operations Support store leadership with staff training related to selling standards and role responsibilities. Execute register functions accurately and in accordance with company procedures. Assist with annual inventory and monthly cycle-count requirements. Maintain clean, organized stockrooms and understock areas. Visual Merchandising Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and aligned with current visual merchandising standards. Identify and communicate product concerns promptly to store leadership. Communicate inventory needs to support sales and client demand. Professional Standards Maintain a professional appearance consistent with luxury retail presentation standards. Follow all company policies, procedures, and workplace expectations. Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. At least 2 years of retail experience; luxury fashion experience is preferred. Experience with international or premium brands is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building abilities. Passion for luxury fashion, clienteling, sales, and exceptional customer service.
