Job Responsibilities
- Guiding new clients through account setup, software installation, or service provisioning from day one.
- Educating clients on key features to maximize their return on investment and ensure active usage.
- Working alongside Sales, Product, and Technical Support teams to resolve bugs, streamline workflows, and optimize the user experience.
- Monitoring onboarding completion rates, addressing client pain points, and documenting progress within CRM software.
Job Qualifications
- 7+ years of customer success, client onboarding, or client activation experience is required.
- Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey technical instructions and build a welcoming initial experience.
- Must possess strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple client accounts at various stages of implementation.
- Must have a proactive mindset to quickly diagnose and solve technical or process-related roadblocks.
- Must have a deep understanding of the company's offerings to accurately guide clients and anticipate their needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
