What the Client Offers Base salary plus bonus with unlimited earning potentialA positive, collaborative, team-oriented cultureThe opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping injury victims and their familiesA performance-driven environment where achievement, initiative, and accountability are valuedFull-time employment with opportunities to grow within the organization Key Responsibilities Respond quickly to inbound phone calls and online leads, recognizing that timely engagement is critical to client acquisition.Screen and qualify prospective clients to determine whether the firm can assist with their potential case.Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients through compassionate, professional, and effective communication.Convert qualified leads into new clients by confidently guiding prospects through the intake and retention process.Conduct retainer follow-up, lead follow-up, outbound calls, and appointment setting to maximize conversion opportunities.Complete client intake forms and case documentation accurately, efficiently, and thoroughly.Capture and document critical case information while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.Provide a professional, five-star client experience that reflects the firm's values and commitment to service.Demonstrate active listening and empathy when communicating with individuals who may be experiencing stressful or difficult circumstances.Manage multiple leads, cases, conversations, and follow-up activities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Maintain accurate callback schedules and daily follow-up activities to ensure no qualified opportunity is overlooked.Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals through consistent performance and disciplined follow-through.Implement coaching and supervisor feedback to continuously improve sales and intake performance.Maintain strict client confidentiality and consistently demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment.Collaborate with team members and assist peers when needed to support overall team success.
