Client Acquisition Executive at MNJ SOFTWARE
- Participate in design, development and implementation of architectural deliverables of custom projects and products of MNJ SOFTWARE.
- Work closely with lead, testers, customers, project/product managers and designers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a BDE/ Inside Sales executive or relevant role in similar Industry.
- Proficiency in English and good communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point.
- Good Convincing Skills.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Passion for sales and to earn Incentives.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Confident in creating & delivering attractive presentations as per client's requirement.
Responsibilities
- Self Lead Generation by Google Search, LinkedIn and social media approaches.
- Cold Calling to identify Prospects and their pain points.
- Briefing them about our services while listening to their wishes and concerns.
- Setting up meetings with the concerned person for the BD Team.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on company services by understanding the client's pain points.
- Regular Follow Ups to close the Clients.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle client's requirements or objections.
- Back End Account Management after post sales.
- Collaborate with delivery team to achieve better results and share reports to the clients.
- Achieve Sales target per month by New Business Development.
