Client Account Manager – Feel Invest Group (Lombok)

About the role

We are seeking a Client Account Manager to build and manage strong relationships with our international investors, partners, and clients. You will be the key contact point between Feel Invest Group in Lombok and our global network, combining professionalism with hospitality to make clients feel secure, inspired, and engaged with Lombok as their new destination of choice.

Responsibilities

• Managing client accounts for real estate buyers, investors, and coffee partners.
• Preparing professional reports, presentations, and updates for clients.
• Coordinating between the marketing, real estate, and production teams to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.
• Assisting clients with on-site visits, investment tours, and local experiences in Lombok.
• Ensuring an exceptional client experience, from first contact to long-term relationship management.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle international clients professionally while being connected to the local environment.
• Fluent in English (Bahasa Indonesia and other languages are a plus).
• Understands the dynamics of investment, real estate, and lifestyle projects.
