What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the strategic partner and primary point of contact for high-value client accounts
  • Lead regular check-ins, Quarterly Business Reviews, and status updates to ensure client satisfaction and alignment
  • Proactively resolve client concerns and align solutions with evolving client needs
  • Identify opportunities to expand services through upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design, present, and renew solutions tailored to client goals
  • Track retention metrics and develop strategies that exceed client satisfaction benchmarks
  • Present performance reports and business insights to maintain trust and client confidence

What You Bring to the Table

  • 2+ years of experience in client account management, ideally in IT or MSP environments
  • A good grasp of IT solutions — from cybersecurity and infrastructure to cloud and support services
  • Confidence presenting to C-level stakeholders and managing complex, multi-account portfolios
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, ConnectWise, or Autotask
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, risks, and growth opportunities
  • Demonstrated adaptability and calm under pressure in a dynamic, high-volume setting
