What You’ll Do
- Serve as the strategic partner and primary point of contact for high-value client accounts
- Lead regular check-ins, Quarterly Business Reviews, and status updates to ensure client satisfaction and alignment
- Proactively resolve client concerns and align solutions with evolving client needs
- Identify opportunities to expand services through upselling and cross-selling
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, present, and renew solutions tailored to client goals
- Track retention metrics and develop strategies that exceed client satisfaction benchmarks
- Present performance reports and business insights to maintain trust and client confidence
What You Bring to the Table
- 2+ years of experience in client account management, ideally in IT or MSP environments
- Good grasp of IT solutions — from cybersecurity and infrastructure to cloud and support services
- Confidence presenting to C-level stakeholders and managing complex, multi-account portfolios
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, ConnectWise, or Autotask
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, risks, and growth opportunities
- Adaptability and calm under pressure in a dynamic, high-volume setting
- Demonstrated ability to grasp emerging technologies
