Client Account Administrator

About the role
This is a permanent position located in our city centre office in Edinburgh. The Accounts & Property Support Team is responsible for the day-to-day financial operations for our letting business to ensure all rent payments are collected and paid to our clients. The department also undertakes several supplementary property support processes. This highly varied role will put you on the front line, managing a range of property management tasks while maintaining customer service levels through handling enquiries from landlords and tenants via email and telephone.
Responsibilities
- Processing invoices received from third-party contractors
- Processing bills from local authorities and utility suppliers
- Dealing with landlord, tenant, and contractor queries
- Other payment processing tasks
- Assisting with ad hoc data entry tasks
- Managing the overall workload to ensure exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Ideally 1 year of property management experience (not essential)
- Friendly and professional manner when dealing with clients
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great oral and written communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- IT proficiency
- Current legal right to work in the UK without restrictions

£23,500 per annum
