About the role

Teach in-person English lessons at any of our three sites (San Pedro and Sabana), preferably during morning, evening, and Saturday schedules. Availability to attend a two-week orientation training is required.

Requirements

• Full command of the English language (C1 level)
• B.A. in English teaching or English

Process

• Submit your application and CV through our online talent management system.
• Complete an online language test and submit a short video introducing yourself and demonstrating an original teaching activity.
• If selected, meet with a member of our recruiting team via Zoom for an interview.
• If the position is a good fit, participate in a virtual orientation course (10 synchronous evening sessions, Monday to Friday).
• Upon completion, be assigned groups based on availability and institutional needs, and paired with a Coach for ongoing support.
