Responsibilities

• Provide a remarkable shopping experience by greeting and engaging with each customer, offering assistance, and ensuring customers are taken care of.
• Perform store sweeps, focusing on front-end and entrance areas, to keep floors free of spills or debris for a safe environment.
• Conduct routine and daily cleaning of registers, belts, emptying check stand trash cans, dusting, and facing shelves.
• Collect all shopping carts from the parking lot to maintain a cart-free lot throughout your shift.
• Perform price checks and assist with go-backs, returning items to their correct location, prioritizing perishables.
• Assist clerks during busy times by bagging groceries quickly and efficiently, protecting the quality and condition of items.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• No experience required.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds.
• Continuous walking, standing, reaching, and bending.
• Work environment includes indoor and outdoor exposure to varying temperatures.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Team player with a willingness and desire to learn, work hard, and enjoy the role.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay

$12.00 - $12.25 per hour.
