Clerical Support
What You Will Do
- Produces and proofs correspondence, documents, and other related forms.
- Maintains files according to organizational/departmental procedures.
- Processes incoming/outgoing mail according to organizational/departmental procedures.
- Resolves customer requests, complaints, and problems or refers them appropriately.
- Fills out and organizes files.
- Serves as backup for clerical functions including arranging for service and repairs of office equipment.
- Inspects merchandise for quality and compliance with specifications.
- Delivers and picks up documents, supplies, equipment and materials as needed.
- Maintains professional behavior and provides excellent customer service to both staff and consumers.
- Demonstrate ethical conduct, professionalism, and confidentiality in all activities.
- Complies with Agency policy and procedures.
- Assembles, enters, organizes, and tabulates data; and may compile and tabulate data, and prepare charts, graphs, and tables.
- Performs related work as assigned.
- Adapts to changing working requirements.
- Contributes to suicide care and prevention by embracing our values and applying a trauma-informed approach rooted in safety, trust, choice, collaboration, and empowerment.
What You Will Need
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- No experience required for entry level.
- Basic understanding of business service functions preferred.
- Working knowledge of PC software (Word, Excel, Access etc).
- Well organized and detail oriented.
- Proficient typing ability.
- Able to use standard office machines.
