Clerical Specialist (Part-Time)
Job Description
As a part-time Clerical Specialist at Child & Adolescent Behavioral Health, you will play a crucial role in supporting the mental and behavioral health needs of children, youth, and families. Your responsibilities will include:
- Computer Knowledge
- Typing Skills
- Knowledge of NextGen computer program
- Telephone etiquette
- Knowledge and use of office equipment
- Clerical duties such as fee updates, client check-in and check-out, scheduling future appointments, rescheduling cancelled appointments, and receptionist duties.
- Experience in Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis, and VBA/macros is desirable but not essential; willingness to learn is important.

Location
We have four locations in Stark County: downtown Canton, Belden Village, Alliance, and Plain Township.
Salary Range/Compensation
The salary range is based upon experience.
Hours
This is a part-time position with some evening hours required.
