HPM provides independent physician practices specializing in musculoskeletal care with professional business development, marketing and back-office support typically seen in much larger organizations, thereby enabling clients to start and / or grow their private practice beyond what might otherwise be feasible (while maximizing clinical service and patient care). Duties & Respsonsibilites Responsible for the daily mail that comes in from the post office and third-party packaging companies.Sort and collate through correspondence.Prepare check deposits for the reconciliation department.File and Fax necessary documentsIntegrity and discretion when working with sensitive client detailsOther administrative duties as needed Skills & Abilities Ability to multi-taskCommunication skillsDetail orientedProper time management Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm Pay: $17-18 per hour
