Clearing Crew Loader/Rake Operator

Responsibilities

• Load trucks and gather debris and vegetation into piles and wind rows.
• Operate a loader with rake attachment.
• Clean and quality-check machinery.
• Perform tasks including sorting and sifting through materials to make and manage brush piles.
• Use hand and power tools.
• Work in various field and weather conditions.
• Carry up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, climb, kneel, bend, twist, push, and pull.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Work on weekends as requested by the Foreman.
• Communicate effectively with the Foreman.
• Have reliable transportation to reach jobsites.
• Jobsites can be up to 80 miles one way.
• Must be drug-free.

Requirements

• Experience operating a loader with rake attachment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as carrying, standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling.
• Knowledge of and adherence to safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Availability to work weekends as requested.
• Reliable means of transportation.
• Drug-free status.
