About the role

Responsible for leading advanced research projects aimed at developing innovative solutions in aerospace technology. Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute research plans to advance aerospace technology
  • Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and other specialists to design and test new technologies
  • Conduct literature reviews and stay updated on industry trends
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in aerospace R&D
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Experience with MATLAB, Python, or similar programming languages
  • Knowledge of aerodynamics, propulsion systems, and materials science
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
