Cleared Gr8 Neutron Generator Production (Materials Cordinator), Onsite
What Your Job Will Be Like
- Instruct and provide guidance and assistance to lower graded personnel.
- Performs a variety of different material logistic functions for piece parts, raw materials, chemicals, and equipment spare parts used in the production of Neutron Generators.
- Duties are performed in accordance with DOE QC-1 quality requirements as defined by organizational Production Policies (PPs), General Policies (GPs) and Operating Procedures (OPs).
- With minimal direct supervision follows oral instructions and defined processes to make certain inventory accuracy and quality integrity is maintained for weapon related material in bonded stores.
- Uses various computer systems and reports to control, monitor, and track material movement.
- Acts in accordance with documented corporate and internal procedures in the handling of classified, radiological, explosives, chemical, hazardous, and precious materials.
- Requires motor vehicle operation.

Skills
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office products such as Outlook and Excel.
- Use a computer to accurately execute any and all inventory transactions needed.
- Use corporate IT resources (timesheets, WebCARS, TEDS, etc).
- Working knowledge and experience with Oracle, or other inventory planning system (e.g. SAP).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience operating a forklift, specifically a "stand-up" type.
- Leverage Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or similar qualification.

About Our Team: The Purchased Product Value Stream 3 (PPVS3) Inspection and Delivery Org. 07561-1, oversees receiving inspection and materials operations that support the Neutron Generator (NG) Enterprise and other NW production partners. PPVS3 works in a high-consequence operational envelope encompassing classified materials, precious metals, closed areas, chemicals, explosives, and radioactive materials. The organization is responsible for assuring the integrity and traceability of weapons material through the logistics supply chain which includes receiving, incoming acceptance, warehousing, inventory management, material movement, and shipping.
