Cleared Escort | TS/SCI FS-Poly

Key Responsibilities

• Escort and monitor uncleared personnel within secure facilities
• Ensure compliance with customer and government security procedures
• Maintain constant awareness of escorted personnel
• Communicate effectively with security staff, vendors, and site leadership
• Represent the program professionally in a customer-facing role

Required Qualifications

• Clearance: Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with Full Scope (FS) Polygraph required
• Citizenship: U.S. Citizen
• Required Experience:
• Ability to escort and monitor personnel within secure environments
• Ability to ensure compliance with established security procedures
• Ability to always maintain awareness of personnel and surroundings
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, vendors, and leadership
• Ability to work in a customer-facing environment
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, and move throughout secure facilities for extended periods of time
• Position may require occasional lifting and/or movement of moderate amounts of weight, depending on assignment requirements

• Basic computer proficiency (email, scheduling, tracking)
• Prior customer service experience
• Previous government or customer-site experience
• Construction or vendor oversight experience
• Experience working in complex or fast-paced environments
• Comfortable overseeing diverse teams and personalities

Work Schedule & Conditions

• Standard Schedule: Monday–Friday, 0600–1430 or 0700–1530
• Hours: Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Overtime: Overtime opportunities available (time and a half)
• Flexibility Requirement: Must be available for occasional weekend 0700–1530 and overnight 2100–0500 shift support; Must be willing and able to travel between customer sites as needed or requested.

Compensation & Benefits

• Rate: $ 43.00 per hour
• Benefits: Health, 401(k), PTO & Sick Leave, and Paid Holidays are available to all W2 employees of IDS
• *Adjusted hourly rates and daily per diem may be available for non-local and/or travel assignments

About the Role

IDS International’s National Security Services team supports secure and mission-critical environments. Cleared Escorts support secure facility operations by escorting uncleared personnel within government environments and ensuring compliance with established security procedures. This role operates in a high-visibility setting with continuous interaction with customer and government stakeholders. Escorts are responsible for maintaining situational awareness, enforcing escort protocols, and representing the program professionally in a customer-facing environment.

Schedule

Standard Schedule: Monday–Friday, 0600–1430 or 0700–1530

Hours: Guaranteed 40 hours per week

Overtime: Overtime opportunities available (time and a half)
