The Impact You Will Have

The Global Business Operations (GBO) organization is responsible for all operations and asset services supporting the following DTCC businesses:

  • The Depository Trust Company (DTC)
  • National Securities Clearing Corporation (NSCC)
  • Fixed Income Clearing Corporation (FICC) – Government Securities Division (GSD) & Mortgage-Backed Securities Division (MBSD)
  • Wealth Management Services (WMS)
  • Insurance & Retirement Services (I&RS)
  • Solutions Operations - Global Market Entity Identifier (GMEI)
  • Global Service Bureau (GSB)

Primary Responsibilities

  • Strong evaluator with focus on development of others to perform by providing ongoing feedback and by providing opportunities to learn through formal and informal methods.
  • Identifies training gaps and implements appropriate actions to resolve.
  • Identifies and mitigates risk by having knowledge of department controls with the ability to spot key opportunities and identify root cause issues.
  • Maintains a steadfast focus on meeting the needs/requests of our internal and external clients, including responding to inquiries timely and accurately, resolving issues promptly.
  • Resolves exceptions, assists with complex inquiries.
  • Understands and applies principles, procedures, requirements, regulations, and policies related to specialized business functions.
  • Writes/maintains procedures and job aids.
  • Identifies procedure gaps, updates procedures to fill gaps as directed.
  • Demonstrates effective communication skills, active engagement in meetings, and displays curiosity to learn and grow; accepts feedback given and applies to role.
  • Presents information clearly while speaking in small to mid-sized groups.
  • Assists in benchmark tracking, audit follow-up, compliance, and risk management activities.
  • Participates and owns team impacting projects and initiatives.
  • Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Schedule

DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).

Pay

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations. Actual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.
