Responsibilities

• Executes operational processes by following documented procedures and job aides, suggesting improvements for process and efficiency.
• Processes specialized workflows, resolves exceptions, and assists with complex inquiries.
• Takes ownership of workload, ensures deliverables are met within critical timeframes, and manages competing priorities.
• Assists in benchmark tracking, audit follow-up, compliance, and risk management activities.
• Aligns risk and control processes into daily responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk, escalating appropriately.
• Maintains focus on meeting internal and external client needs, responding to inquiries timely and accurately, and resolving issues promptly.
• Demonstrates effective communication skills, active engagement in meetings, and curiosity to learn and grow, applying feedback to the role.
• Presents information clearly in small to mid-sized groups.
• Facilitates training sessions for junior team members as directed by management.
• Oversees the development of training plans to meet staff development targets.
• Participates in and owns small projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Schedule

DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and a third day unique to each team or employee).

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations. Actual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.
