Responsibilities
- Mets regular and reliable work-site attendance requirements in order to perform the job and meet productivity standards.
- Calculates and communicates table productivity hourly, to ensure goals are being meet.
- Motivates the table associates in a positive manner to reach production goals.
- Inspects fabric, cut wipers, garments, bags and other packaging items, as they are used, for conformance to specification.
- Notifies Cleanroom Inside Lead of any non-conformance.
- Develops knowledge of cleanroom protocol and adheres to the cleanliness requirements of the cleanroom processes.
- Sorts, stacks, counts, and packages dried products according to products code and lot number, in accordance with established quality and productivity standards.
- Reports to shift meeting to go over their tables production numbers for the day.
- Participates in periodic training programs regarding product specifications; quality; operation and maintenance of worker’s safety.
- Participates and works within ISO 9001 quality standards guidelines in accordance with Contec’s quality goals.

- Communicates Effectively: Provides the room lead and water spiders with timely information, such as someone’s performance that needs addressed or when they will need another tub to work on. - Time Management: Gets more work done in less time than others. Keeps track of where the table is for the hour and values the time by reducing wastes to increase throughput.
- Directs Work: Provides clear direction and accountability to all team members. Provides proper rotation of employees for the different tasks of the table, such as, sealing, stacking… etc. Keeps track of the table’s performance and logs it hourly.
- Approachability: Is easy to approach and talk to. Takes extra time when needed to put other at ease. Has a welcoming feeling about them.
