Key Responsibilities
- Perform manufacturing and assembly activities in a cleanroom environment.
- Operate production equipment following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and batch records.
- Carry out visual inspections and report any product defects.
- Complete production documentation accurately and promptly.
- Perform equipment cleaning and routine maintenance.
- Follow gowning procedures and adhere to contamination control practices.
- Maintain inventory of production materials.
- Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
Mandatory Skills
- Knowledge of GMP and cleanroom practices.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow written procedures.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Education
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- An associate degree in a technical or scientific discipline is preferred.
Experience
- At least 13 years of manufacturing or cleanroom experience is required.
- Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology is advantageous.
