Cleanroom Manufacturing Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing and assembly activities in a cleanroom environment.
• Operate production equipment following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and batch records.
• Carry out visual inspections and report any product defects.
• Complete production documentation accurately and promptly.
• Perform equipment cleaning and routine maintenance.
• Follow gowning procedures and adhere to contamination control practices.
• Maintain inventory of production materials.
• Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.

Mandatory Skills

• Knowledge of GMP and cleanroom practices.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written procedures.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Education

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• An associate degree in a technical or scientific discipline is preferred.

Experience

• At least 13 years of manufacturing or cleanroom experience is required.
• Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology is advantageous.
