Cleanroom Custodial Associate

We are looking for a Cleanroom Custodial Associate to join our Medical Division in Phoenix, Arizona. This role operates on the weekend night shift from 5:00 p.m. through 3:30 a.m., Thursday through Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Precision cleaning of cleanrooms, controlled environments, and equipment
• Vacuuming and mopping floors, walls, and ceilings
• Hand-wiping floors and equipment
• Communicating discrepancies with rooms or equipment to area leader
• Following verbal and written directions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety procedures

Requirements

• Prior janitorial and/or housekeeping experience, preferably in a commercial environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to communicate ideas concerning the improvement of the cleanroom custodial area
• Basic computer skills with the ability to learn more advanced systems
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and complete log sheets
• Ability to work within a controlled environment and wear cleanroom garments
• Ability to work within a team environment and be willing to help others
• Ability to work independently after training period is completed

Pay

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour, plus an additional $2/hour shift differential pay for evening, night, and weekend shifts (in California, the shift differential pay is $2.40/hour). Factors considered in extending an offer within this pay range include education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Schedule

Weekend night shift: 5:00 p.m. through 3:30 a.m., Thursday through Sunday.
