About the role

The Concerts Division is seeking a Clerk – Cleaning and Maintenance Services to ensure venues are show-ready and provide an exceptional fan experience. This role involves a wide range of duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, keeping venues safe and clean.

Responsibilities

• Keep the venue safe and clean at all times, including cleaning and disinfecting fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors, and walls of restrooms.
• Ensure all guest-facing areas are free of trash and restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed.
• Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment, and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Participate in the venue’s sustainability program, implementing initiatives to conserve resources and prevent waste, such as sorting waste and educating fans about sustainability efforts.
• Partner with fellow band members at the end of shows to close the venue, including collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, and properly storing event equipment like lawn chairs and barricades.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.

Requirements

This role requires a highly motivated individual capable of working independently. Key skills include being able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., constant walking, climbing stairs, and occasional sitting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-service-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Understanding of basic electrical and mechanical systems.
