Cleaning Specialist - Cleaner with Janitorial Experience START IMMEDIATELY - Schedule and Location: Fort Lauderdale - Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday - 6am-9am (12 hours/ Weekly). We are seeking dedicated, detail-oriented, and reliable Cleaning Specialists to provide cleaning and sanitation services for a veterinary hospital. The ideal candidate is passionate about maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for pets, clients, and staff. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in an animal-care environment. What You'll Do Clean floors and surfaces using prescribed cleaning methods and proceduresMix appropriate proportions of cleaning and disinfecting materials following safety protocols.Dust, mop and sweep offices break areas, restrooms, common areas, or other type of rooms depending on the account assigned.Clean and disinfect areas as per scope of work.Empty trash receptacles.Inform supervisor or Area Manager is any supplies are needed.Inform housekeeping supervisor of any cleaning equipment that may need repair or replacement.Inform housekeeping supervisor about any building hazardMaintain a clean and organized storage area for cleaning equipment and supplies.Organize janitorial storage closet as needed.Secure all interior offices if applicable.Shut off all lights if required.Set alarm if applicable and secure main entry door.Other duties as needed are based on scope of work. What We're Looking For Maintenance and/or cleaning experience.Detail-oriented and meticulous.Must be able to perform tasks that involve light lifting, bending, and stooping.Must be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude.Must always maintain a strong awareness of safety.Must be able to pass a Background Check.Must be able to pass Drug Test.Bilingual English & Spanish preferred.
