Cleaning Personnel - EVS

Duties & Responsibilities

• Empties regular waste and Bio-Waste receptacles and takes the trash to the designated area.
• Disinfects common areas and high touch surfaces such as light switches, door handles, drinking fountains.
• Cleans and sanitizes clean chairs, tables, check-in device, countertops, sinks, exterior of refrigerators, water coolers, exterior of cabinets, chairs, and tables.
• Cleans and sanitizes all restroom fixtures, clean mirrors, partitions walls, wipe all counters.
• Spot cleans walls, light switches, glass, and doors.
• Dusts low areas and high areas which are within normal reach.
• Dustmops all hard surface floors with treated dust mop.
• Wets mops entire areas as needed.
• Perimeter sweeps for trash pick up.
• Restocks consumable supplies.
• Maintains cleaning supplies stock and requests weekly replenishment orders.
• Monitors, reports, and documents quality of 3rd party custodial support vendors.
• Other duties as assigned.

  Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle a variety of duties simultaneously and prioritize work.
  • 1 year experience in a similar role.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.

  Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and reaching low or overhead.
