Cleaning Operative
About the role
As a Cleaning Operative at OCS, you will play a crucial role in providing safe, clean environments in which our customers can thrive in their workspaces.
- Tidying up work areas, cleaning floors and communal areas.
- Vacuuming carpeted areas, sweeping, mopping (if required), emptying bins and washroom cleaning.
- If the site cleaning is during the day or night in open, public spaces, you may come into regular contact with customers and must be able to assist them with queries linked to cleaning or any incidents/issues reported.
- Complete all relevant Health & Safety records and attend training courses when needed.
Shift Pattern: Sunday to Tuesday, 7.5-hour evening shifts.
Requirements
- Right to Work in the UK.
- A smartphone is required to use our Timegate Time and Attendance system to pin in and out onsite and record cleaning entries.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
A background in cleaning would be advantageous, but full training is provided.
