- On call for cleanings
- Quotes
- Cold calling potential clients
- Visiting local businesses & introducing our services
- Building relationships with commercial clients
- Finding partnership opportunities with other companies
- Bringing creative marketing ideas
- Attending vendor/community events
- Helping bring in new clients
- Answering calls/emails
- Assisting with bookings
- Following up with clients after cleanings
- Checking in with cleaners
- Helping collect customer reviews
- Supporting daily business operations
- Finding amazing new cleaners
- Pre-screening applicants
- Scheduling interviews
- Helping with onboarding paperwork
- Coordinating training schedules
