Cleaning/Janitorial for Restoration Company

About the role

Full-time cleaner responsible for cleaning, stocking, and supplying designated facility areas. Work includes routine janitorial tasks, restroom and kitchen sanitation, documentation, trash removal, coordination with teammates, and heavy cleansing or special projects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning, stocking, and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning)
• Scrubbing and sanitizing toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures
• Using general cleaning equipment and chemicals properly
• Performing and documenting all work before and when completed
• Removing trash from location as needed
• Coordinating and working in relation with other teammates
• Cleaning and restoring salvageable and non-salvageable belongings and property
• Carrying out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects

Requirements

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
