CLEANING EDUCATION MENTOR POSITION (PART TIME EVENINGS)

Job Summary

Optimal Prime Cleaning Services is seeking a trained and enthusiastic mentor to join their team. The ideal candidate will teach and support new employees while also cleaning and working in the field.

Responsibilities

• Teach and mentor new employees on equipment, supplies, and digital tools.
• Share expertise on efficient cleaning methods.
• Provide feedback and guidance to improve performance.
• Work with a diverse team of learners.
• Perform cleaning duties and fill-in shifts as needed.
• Use the Demonstrate, Do, and Review technique to train staff.
• Coach staff on problem-solving and overcoming challenges.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and cleaning skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing plans.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Pass a background check for theft or felony charges.
• A cell phone with data plan for app usage.

Pay and Schedule

Pay starts at $17 per hour and includes raises and bonuses based on performance. Hours are evenings, typically starting around 7:00 pm, with occasional fill-in shifts. This is an approximately 15-20 hour a week position.
