Cleaning Attendant 1st Shift

About the role

Responsible for cleaning and upkeep of the company office areas.

Responsibilities

• On a daily basis: empty trash cans, dust (desks, tables, receptionist area, etc.), vacuum, clean bathrooms, wipe windows and counter-tops, clean company kitchen area.
• On a regular basis: mop tiled floor area, dust window blinds.
• Maintain adequate inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Additional duties may be assigned by management.

Requirements

• Maintain neat and clean appearance at all times.
• Two years janitorial experience (preferred).
• Ability to keep accurate inventories of cleaning supplies.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment.

• Occasionally required to sit.
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
