Cleaning Associate

Responsibilities

• Empty trash and recycling, ensuring receptacles remain clean and odor-free.
• Vacuum all carpeted areas and perform spot cleaning as needed.
• Sweep, mop, and polish floors using appropriate cleaning supplies.
• Dust furniture, ledges, light fixtures, and other hard-to-reach places.
• Wash windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to ensure streak-free results.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, restocking soap and paper towel dispensers.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to supervisors.
• Report any broken or malfunctioning equipment promptly to area managers.

Requirements

• Capable of following instructions.
• No previous experience required for basic cleaning responsibilities.
• Positive attitude and ability to work cooperatively as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using cleaning tools and equipment.
• Attention to detail, pride in delivering excellent service, and organizational skills.
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds for short periods.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of car insurance, and successful background check.
