About the role

The Reserve at Chatford is a 192-unit affordable residential community located in Columbus, OH. This role requires performing maintenance functions in various areas of the community.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks such as window washing, wall cleaning, floor cleaning, stairwell cleaning, laundry room cleaning, elevator cleaning, and carpet cleaning.
• Empty trash cans and sweep sidewalks.
• Rake lawns and flower beds, plant flowers, and install mulch.
• Remove snow and ice from walkways, parking lots, and driveways.
• Clean vacant units as needed.
• Perform other cleaning tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to understand and respond to requests in English.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.

Preferred Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
