What You Will Do
- Clean products, tooling, and equipment following established procedures and work instructions
- Operate cleaning equipment and safely handle chemicals in accordance with guidelines
- Perform routine, repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Support daily and weekly cleaning schedules to maintain production readiness
- Maintain production logs and documentation as required
- Contribute to 5S, safety initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
- Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement or efficiency gains
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production and quality goals
What You Need
- Preferred: High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of Manufacturing or production experience
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repetitively
- Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time
Pay and Benefits
Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates. $20.25/hr, plus bonus eligible and benefits.
