Cleaner/Dishwasher

About the role

We are looking for dishwashers/cleaners who pay close attention to detail, can follow standard operating procedures and food-safety measures, and work independently to fill downtime with smaller cleaning or organizational projects.

Responsibilities

• Keep the dish area clean
• Maintain dish flow during meal periods
• Store dishes properly to dry
• Complete smaller daily tasks or projects between meal periods
• Anticipate needs of the dish area and support the restaurant overall
