Cleaner - Day Shift

About the role

The role involves cleaning and maintaining facilities in a professional manner. This includes tasks such as mopping floors, dusting surfaces, and sanitizing high-touch areas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas
• Clean restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and urinals
• Sanitize and disinfect high-touch surfaces daily
• Mop floors and vacuum carpets as needed
• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report any issues to management
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Previous experience in a cleaning role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license (if required for transportation)
• Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
• Basic computer skills (e.g., using email, scheduling software)
