Cleaner

Responsibilities

• Helps ensure the appearance and physical condition of homes satisfy ownership and management objectives.
• Cleans entire homes, including bathrooms and appliances.
• Cleans common areas such as Community Centers, office spaces, bathrooms, windows, and floors.
• Carries and maintains all cleaning supplies necessary to perform routine functions.
• Completes work quickly and efficiently to meet project deadlines and reduce home vacancy.
• Performs other common area cleaning tasks, including trash pick-up, doggie waste station clean-up, and community trash removal.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a High School program.
• Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
• A current vehicle license in good standing and meets the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
• Ability to understand spoken and written English.
• Ability to respond to requests in a timely and respectful manner.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Pay

The pay for this role is $17.25 per hour.

Schedule

This position is located at a federal facility. In accordance with the REAL ID Act, effective May 7, 2025, a REAL ID compliant driver's license/ID is required in order to access the federal facility.
