Cleaner

Key Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility
• Empty trash containers and replace liners
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, counters, and fixtures
• Clean interior windows, glass doors, and other glass surfaces
• Wipe and disinfect commonly touched surfaces
• Clean offices, hallways, waiting areas, and other assigned spaces
• Restock restroom supplies as needed
• Properly use and store cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged equipment

Minimum Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred
• Ability to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
• Maintain professional conduct while working around Veterans, visitors, and clinic personnel
