About the role
We are a professional cleaning company serving Seminole County and nearby areas. Our Deep Cleaning Specialist role involves thorough, detailed cleaning that exceeds standard maintenance cleaning, ensuring every part of our clients' homes and businesses is sanitized, refreshed, and impeccably maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning services for residential and commercial properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, offices, and common areas
- Clean neglected and hard-to-reach spaces such as baseboards, behind appliances, vents, and high surfaces
- Handle specialty cleaning tasks such as carpet and upholstery care, grout cleaning, and stain removal
- Use cleaning products, chemicals, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to company standards, cleaning procedures, and safety guidelines
- Communicate professionally with supervisors and clients regarding project status and special requests
- Manage cleaning supplies and ensure equipment is clean and functioning properly
Requirements
- Previous deep cleaning experience (residential or commercial) preferred
- Understanding of cleaning products, tools, and safety best practices
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and stand for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time efficiently
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Seminole County
- Able to work both independently and with a team
- Able to work evenings or weekends when required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with carpet extraction, floor stripping, and floor waxing
- Training or certification in sanitation or specialty cleaning (a plus)
