Clean Room Manufacturing Worker

Ichor Systems has an immediate opening for a temporary Class 100 Clean Room Manufacturing Worker in Fremont, CA. This is a day-shift position, Monday through Friday from 6am to 2:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor including DI wash, bag and tag, leak check, LPC testing, and related tasks.
• Load and unload various types of cleaning equipment, perform miscellaneous assembly, inspecting, alcohol wiping, swabbing, nitrogen dry parts, leak, function, and flow testing, bagging, and packaging.
• Operate air and electric drivers, LPC testing equipment, bag sealers, leak check tools, and ultrasonic wash equipment.
• Train and work in other production areas as dictated by the production schedule.
• Work in the clean room, clean line, or assembly areas for the entire shift as workflow requires.
• Maintain proper use of required PPE, including coveralls, boots, hairnets/headcovers/face shields, and gloves.
• Work under direct supervision.

Orbital experience is a plus.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a clean room environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with full gown PPE protocol for Class 100 clean rooms.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs.
• Adherence to safety and PPE requirements, including coveralls, hairnet/headcover/face shield, and gloves.
• Visual acuity and manual dexterity.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Pay

For candidates in CA, the pay range for this position is $19.33 to $32.84 per hour. Pay is determined by role, level, location, and additional factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training.
