Clean Energy and New Technology Lead

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate emerging energy solutions for clean power and advanced storage
• Identify pilot opportunities for energy technologies to ensure credibility and execution
• Translate technical options into implications for infrastructure decision-making
• Partner with various teams to align technology with sustainability goals
• Coordinate with sustainability functions to maintain consistency in goals and metrics
• Track developments that could impact the company’s scaling of low-carbon infrastructure
• Create evaluation frameworks and execution playbooks for energy tech initiatives

Qualifications

• 15+ years in energy technology, infrastructure sustainability, clean energy procurement, power markets, data center energy strategy, utility programs, or related roles
• Strong understanding of power systems and low-carbon energy deployment
• Experience in evaluating emerging technologies and structuring pilots for commercial implementation
• Ability to balance sustainability with reliability and operational constraints
• Proven cross-functional leadership across various stakeholder groups
• Excellent analytical and written communication skills

Pay

$130,000 – $180,000 annually
