About the role

The Clean Air School Challenge (CASC) is an engagement, recognition, training, and technical assistance program funded by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and managed by the American Lung Association.

Responsibilities

  • Foster awareness about indoor air pollution risks
  • Provide education on indoor air quality
  • Offer resources and solutions to schools
  • Guide schools in developing and maintaining an energy efficient IAQ management plan
  • Build capacity for schools to manage and implement those plans

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in environmental health, education, or related fields. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Schedule

Pay

CASC does not offer financial compensation. However, participating schools may receive recognition and access to additional resources and services through the American Lung Association.
